NOD is a pre-release project. These terms cover this public project page and any specifically authorized testing. Consumer terms will be reviewed and published before public app enrollment.

Pre-release status

Features, availability, service providers, pricing, and behavior may change during development. Access to a private test does not promise continued access or a particular release date.

Safety boundary

NOD is designed to support communication and reassurance. It is not an emergency service, medical service, or guaranteed monitoring system. Do not rely on NOD instead of calling emergency services or taking other appropriate safety action.

Location and consent

Location features require the sharing person's applicable choice and permission. Role, family relationship, payment, and device permission alone do not create a right to view another person's location. Users must not seek, pressure, or attempt to obtain location access outside the controls NOD provides.

Free and Premium status

The Free and Premium boundaries shown on this protected project page are approved pre-release product direction. Premium billing, pricing, production history collection, Day in Brief processing, provider terms, and physical-device behavior remain subject to implementation, testing, review, and change before launch.

Acceptable use

Do not use NOD or this website to violate another person's privacy, impersonate someone, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or send unlawful or unwanted messages.

Messaging

Any approved SMS testing is also governed by the Messaging & consent notice.
